**Job Title:** Intern – Operations & Partnerships Manager **Role Summary:** Provide strategic support to elevate client dating experiences and expand the partner ecosystem. Coordinate luxury date events, streamline internal tools, and cultivate long‑term relationships with high‑end venues and service providers. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, personalized date arrangements that meet members’ preferences. - Actively identify, engage, and onboard new restaurant, event, and experience partners. - Continuously improve operational systems and propose innovative enhancements to the matchmaking process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, schedule, and supervise exclusive date activities (restaurants, bars, cultural events). - Manage and automate internal tools used by Felicity teams for date planning. - Scout, negotiate, and secure new partner agreements with premium venues and unique experience providers. - Build a curated network of upscale locations and activities for members. - Maintain and nurture win‑win relationships with partners, ensuring repeat collaboration. - Generate creative ideas to enhance the Felicity brand and overall client experience. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and project‑management abilities; capable of juggling multiple initiatives. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for partner outreach and internal collaboration. - Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision. - Familiarity with hospitality, event planning, or related industries is desired. - Comfortable using and improving digital tools and workflows. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field. - Minimum of one 4‑month internship, preferably in a startup or scale‑up environment. - No additional certifications required.
