**Job Title:**
Media & Communication Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Leads the planning, execution, and monitoring of all internal and external communication initiatives for a high‑end jewelry and watch brand. Ensures brand image consistency, drives audience growth, and supports marketing objectives across digital, press, and event channels.
**Expectations:**
- Proven track record in a similar digital communication or content‑creation role.
- Strong aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to brand detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude toward emerging digital trends and platforms.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall communication strategy.
- Define and manage the annual communication plan (editorial calendar, budgets, deliverables).
- Maintain visual and editorial coherence across all media assets.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end communication projects: brief, production, distribution, and reporting.
- Oversee external partners (creative agencies, printers, photographers, PR firms).
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok): content creation, scheduling, post‑production (photo/video editing), and performance analysis.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with luxury, jewelry, and fashion press; write and distribute press releases, media kits, and event invitations.
- Identify and activate partnership and influencer opportunities.
- Support event organization: invitation design, on‑site logistics, and post‑event follow‑up.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic communication planning and execution.
- Project management with strict budget and timeline adherence.
- Advanced proficiency with visual production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and analytics.
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills in French; English proficiency required.
- Agency and stakeholder management.
- Creative thinking combined with rigorous organizational abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Project Management) are a plus.
