Job Title: IT & Information Security Manager (RSI‑RSSI)
Role Summary:
Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s internal IT infrastructure with a focus on automation, efficiency, and security. Serve as the single point of responsibility for system administration, user support, hardware and network management, SaaS administration, and compliance with ISO 27001.
Expectations:
* Minimum 4 years of professional IT experience.
* Pragmatic, hands‑on “maker” attitude with strong pro‑activity and service orientation.
* Ability to manage end‑to‑end IT operations while also developing and enforcing a comprehensive security governance program.
* Collaborative communication across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and maintain internal IT systems, prioritizing automation and scalability.
2. Provide daily IT support to operational teams, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Oversee the entire IT hardware fleet, network components, and physical access management.
4. Administer SaaS tools (email, chat, file sharing, collaboration suite) and control user access levels.
5. Manage on‑site hosting services, optimizing cost and performance.
6. Maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001, updating policies, conducting regular controls, and reporting on security KPIs.
7. Perform ongoing maintenance (MCO/MCS) of security tools and appliances.
8. Lead incident response and user security awareness initiatives.
Required Skills:
* Expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux, networking, virtualization).
* Experience with SaaS platform administration and access control.
* Knowledge of ISO 27001, risk assessment, and security policy development.
* Familiarity with network security, endpoint protection, and audit processes.
* Strong problem‑solving, automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and documentation skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Relevant certifications preferred: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent cybersecurity credentials.
