Job Title: IT & Information Security Manager (RSI‑RSSI) Role Summary: Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s internal IT infrastructure with a focus on automation, efficiency, and security. Serve as the single point of responsibility for system administration, user support, hardware and network management, SaaS administration, and compliance with ISO 27001. Administer SaaS tools (email, chat, file sharing, collaboration suite) and control user access levels. 5. Manage on‑site hosting services, optimizing cost and performance. 6. Maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001, updating policies, conducting regular controls, and reporting on security KPIs. 7. Perform ongoing maintenance (MCO/MCS) of security tools and appliances. 8. Lead incident response and user security awareness initiatives. Required Skills: * Expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux, networking, virtualization). * Experience with SaaS platform administration and access control. * Knowledge of ISO 27001, risk assessment, and security policy development. * Familiarity with network security, endpoint protection, and audit processes. * Strong problem‑solving, automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and documentation skills.
