Additionally, all of our senior partners are Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA), so they’re well-versed in nursing home best practices.

Job Description
**Job title:** Cybersecurity Analyst **Role Summary:** Responsible for strengthening the organization’s security posture by evaluating third‑party vendor practices, enhancing technical controls in partnership with an MSP, and owning the Identity & Access Management (IAM) program. Works closely with IT teams to audit systems, investigate incidents, and automate security initiatives, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements. **Expactations:** - 3–5 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity. - Demonstrated ability to assess security across diverse vendors and platforms. - Strong judgment, independent work ethic, and effective priority management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess and evaluate third‑party vendor security practices and recommend improvements. - Partner with MSP to enhance technical security controls across systems and networks. - Implement and manage IAM, progressively taking ownership. - Audit systems and networks with IT teams to identify vulnerabilities and gaps. - Test and implement security policies, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs. - Investigate security incidents and perform root‑cause analysis. - Contribute to security automation projects and evolving cybersecurity initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Experience with a variety of technical environments and systems. - Preferred knowledge of Microsoft 365. - Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and HIPAA. - Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Self‑starter, capable of independent work and priority management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate are advantageous. ---
