• Fédérer les entreprises autour de projets communs,
• Anticiper, afin de proposer des stratégies collectives en réponse aux attentes de la société (veille stratégique),
• Conseiller/former/informer ses adhérents dans ses domaines d’intervention grâce à une équipe permanente ainsi qu'un réseau d'experts issus des laboratoires,
• Observer le respect des engagements des adhérents, notamment en matière de déontologie (Guide des bonnes pratiques de communication, de pratiques commerciales, de formation en matière de médicament vétérinaire),
• Représenter les positions de ses adhérents dans son environnement décisionnel.

Job Description
Job title: Business Developer – Export (Europe) Role Summary Lead the commercial expansion of ENALEES veterinary PCR testing solutions across key European markets (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Nordic countries, Eastern Europe). Build and manage distributor networks, increase sales volume, and enhance brand presence internationally. Expectations - Drive significant revenue growth outside France by securing new distributor partnerships and expanding existing accounts. - Operate primarily remotely with occasional travel to headquarters and client sites. - Represent the company’s innovation focus in biotechnological diagnostics. Key Responsibilities - Identify and qualify potential distributors and key veterinary clinic accounts in target countries. - Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements, terms, and pricing strategies. - Develop and execute a sales pipeline, track leads, and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. - Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to inform product development and promotional campaigns. - Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with distributors and veterinary clinics. - Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports in CRM systems. - Participate in product launch activities and ensure distributor training on new assays. - Foster long‑term relationships through regular communication, support, and feedback loops. Required Skills - Proven international B2B business development experience, preferably in biotech or veterinary diagnostics. - Strong communication skills in French and English (written and spoken). - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across cultures and time zones. - Proficiency with video‑conferencing tools, CRM platforms, and sales analytics. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable traveling within Europe. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, Agro‑Sciences, or Veterinary Sciences (or equivalent). - Additional certifications in sales, international trade, or product management are an asset.
