Job Description
**Job title:** Cyber Security Project Manager (H/F) **Role Summary:** Lead and manage high-impact cybersecurity projects from inception to completion, ensuring thorough security audits, action plan execution, and deployment of technical controls. Deliver quality outputs while continuously improving security posture across the organization. **Expectations:** - Maintain a deep understanding of the information system architecture. - Apply industry security frameworks and standards. - Drive projects to successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. - Foster a culture of continuous security improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive security audits and assessments. - Plan, execute, and monitor cybersecurity projects. - Track and manage action plans, ensuring timely remediation. - Guarantee the quality and completeness of deliverables. - Deploy technical security measures (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, etc.). - Participate in ongoing improvement of security devices and processes. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT project or cybersecurity management. - Strong knowledge of network security and defensive architectures. - Proficiency with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and audit methodologies. - Excellent project management skills (planning, scheduling, risk/issue management). - Ability to translate technical security controls into operational deliverables. - Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related discipline. - Relevant certifications highly preferred: CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent.
