**Job Title:** Solutions Architect **Role Summary:** Senior practice leadership role defining and enforcing technical delivery standards, ensuring high-quality outcomes in cloud, data centre, and workspace solutions for enterprise clients. Provides technical governance and strategic direction across complex engagements. **Expectations:** - Act as technical authority for critical engagements. - Maintain delivery governance and define “what good looks like” for client outcomes. - Lead methodology development and team upskilling to support scalable project execution. - Ensure accurate forecasting, risk mitigation, and visibility into portfolio health. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Own delivery standards for customer documentation and technical outputs. 2. Oversee quality of active portfolios, addressing issues proactively. 3. Serve as escalation point for high-complexity, strategic engagements. 4. Monitor engagement status, resourcing, and risks, reporting real-time outcomes to leadership. 5. Refine delivery methodologies and identify team skills gaps for talent development. **Required Skills:** - Deep technical expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX, and vSAN, with hands-on delivery experience. - Proven leadership in end-to-end technical engagements with measurable client results. - Experience designing and evolving professional services delivery frameworks. - Leadership through influence across cross-functional teams without line management authority. - Strong commercial acumen linking delivery quality to business outcomes. - High proficiency in written and verbal communication for client-facing documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field. - Vendor-specific certifications in VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX, vSAN, or equivalent cloud/datacentre technologies. - Demonstrated ability to articulate technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
