Job Description: **Job Title** Monitoring Engineer **Role Summary** Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions for infrastructure and applications. Ensure high reliability, performance, and availability across Windows/Linux servers and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). **Expectations** - Deliver proactive monitoring to detect and resolve incidents before impacting service availability. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain system stability and uptime. - Continuously optimize monitoring processes and automate alerting. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement and maintain monitoring solutions across infrastructure and applications. - Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports for proactive issue detection. - Monitor system performance; troubleshoot incidents in Windows and Linux environments. - Support cloud‑based monitoring in AWS and/or Azure. - Perform basic network monitoring and troubleshooting. - Continuously improve monitoring processes and automation. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in monitoring or infrastructure engineering. - Hands‑on experience with SolarWinds, Datadog, or Dynatrace. - Proficient with Windows and/or Linux OS. - Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms. - Understanding of basic networking concepts. **Required Education & Certifications** - Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - Certifications: SolarWinds, Datadog, or Dynatrace; Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900); AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or equivalent).
