Oversees 8 engineers across AutoRetouch (fashion) and CarCutter (automotive) teams, ensuring product quality, technical excellence, and scalable delivery. Combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic team management. **Expectations** Minimum 6+ years in Fullstack engineering, 2+ years in management. Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related. Strong Python/React proficiency. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
