Job Description: **Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Strategic and analytical professional responsible for leading requirements analysis and solution design across supply chain, retail, e‑commerce, merchandising, and infrastructure projects. Partners with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver high‑value, data‑driven solutions that drive efficiency and growth. **Expectations:** - Identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks. - Produce clear, actionable requirement artifacts. - Align business needs with technical solutions and ensure delivery of measurable value. - Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and maintain stakeholder communication. - Champion continuous improvement and adherence to Agile/SDLC best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and alignment meetings with business partners. - Create and maintain BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process and data models. - Perform cost‑benefit analyses, business case development, and support RFP activities. - Collaborate with technical leads on solution exploration and high‑level design. - Validate assumptions using data analytics and support data‑backed decision making. - Review test strategies, support defect triage, and ensure thorough testing. - Drive change‑management activities to promote adoption of new processes/systems. - Apply and evolve requirements management processes, documentation standards, and Agile delivery practices. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Proficiency in writing detailed business/functional requirements and user stories. - Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder (OMS, SCPO), Manhattan WMS, Jira, and Confluence or comparable e‑commerce platforms. - Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences. - Data‑analysis competence to support decision‑making. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience delivering complex technical solutions. - Professional certification preferred (e.g., IIBA CBAP, PMI‑PBA).
