E‑Commerce Creative Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the production and continuous optimization of visual marketing assets across Amazon, DTC platforms, and other online marketplaces. Own end‑to‑end creative workflows, from image and video creation to A+ content and packaging graphics, ensuring compliance with platform standards and brand guidelines while driving performance metrics.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality creative assets on schedule for multiple marketplaces and paid media channels.
- Manage a high volume of creative updates while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
- Leverage traditional design tools and AI‑assisted workflows to increase output speed and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with PPC, influencer, product, and performance teams to align creative with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own day‑to‑day creative execution across Amazon, Shopify, email, and paid media.
- Produce, update, and optimize product imagery, lifestyle shots, short‑form video, and supporting graphics.
- Adapt approved concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and placements across channels.
- Lead ongoing updates to Amazon PDPs, A+ Content, and Storefronts, executing seasonal refreshes and promotional changes.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon content guidelines and maintain visual consistency across listings.
- Build, maintain, and refine AI prompt libraries and workflows for image generation, video creation, and copy support.
- Review and finalize AI‑generated outputs to meet brand, quality, and accuracy standards.
- Coordinate asset handoffs, version control, and documentation with PPC, influencer, and e‑commerce teams.
- Design and update packaging artwork, prepare print‑ready files, and ensure accuracy of dimensions, barcodes, claims, and regulatory text.
- Maintain organized creative libraries, naming conventions, and repeatable workflow documentation.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in e‑commerce creative production for consumer goods or DTC brands.
- Hands‑on experience managing Amazon content, including PDPs, A+ Content, and Storefronts.
- Strong knowledge of performance‑oriented creative for marketplaces and paid media.
- Ability to handle multiple assets, updates, and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in traditional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and AI‑assisted creative tools.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding accuracy, claims, and compliance with platform and regulatory guidelines.
- Solid understanding of packaging design principles, dielines, print‑ready file preparation, and supplier communication.
- Excellent organizational skills, version control, and the ability to document repeatable workflows.
- Collaborative mindset, responsive to feedback, and reliable under tight deadlines.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- No specific certifications required; relevant design or marketing certifications (Adobe Certified Expert, etc.) are a plus.
