Job Description
**Job Title:** Paid Media Intern – Summer 2026 **Role Summary:** A 10‑week, paid internship focused on media buying, paid social media, and campaign support within a marketing agency serving life science and biopharma clients. Interns gain hands‑on experience in creating, deploying, and managing paid media assets while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to a capstone project. **Expectations:** - 35‑40 hours per week, 2‑3 onsite days, hybrid schedule. - Active participation in weekly team meetings and project discussions. - Completion of a group capstone project by internship end. - Adherence to agency processes, quality standards, and confidentiality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in fielding, drafting, and tracking Media RFPs for client campaigns. - Support ad trafficking and placement execution across paid media channels. - Conduct research to identify and evaluate emerging advertising channels suitable for clients. - Create client‑facing communication drafts and reports as required. - Collaborate with team members on campaign strategy and creative integration. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication (English). - Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving in a fast‑paced setting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Collaborative, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. - Basic understanding of paid media concepts (preferred but not required). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or recently graduated). - No specific certifications required.
