**Job Title**
Road and Highway Infrastructure Project Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and manage the design, execution, and delivery of linear road and highway infrastructure projects, including interchanges, road widening, resurfacing, pedestrian access, and airport taxiways. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, control technical, financial, and contractual aspects, and act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct and oversee feasibility studies, programming studies, and pre‑construction analyses.
- Lead construction administration, including design coordination, contract negotiations, change order management, and compliance oversight.
- Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor technical performance, safety, and environmental compliance throughout project life cycles.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, client representatives, and assistance‑to‑project‑owner entities.
- Provide regular status reporting to senior management and client stakeholders.
- Mentor and supervise project engineers and designers.
- Ensure alignment with national, regional, and international standards and best practices for road and highway projects.
**Required Skills**
- Strong knowledge of road and highway engineering, construction management, and civil works.
- Experience in project lifecycle management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Proficient in project management software and engineering design tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
- Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications, regulations, and contractual documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French; professional‑level English preferred.
- Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making under tight deadlines.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field (e.g., ENPC, INSA, ESTP, ENTPE, UTC Compiègne).
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in road or highway engineering with proven project delivery experience.
- Certification or professional recognition in civil engineering or construction management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems is a plus.
