Job Description

**Job Title** Secure Infrastructure Administration Trainer **Role Summary** Deliver high‑impact training on Secure Infrastructure Administration, blending theory and hands‑on labs (Metasploit, Python, network security). Design, update, and evaluate course materials for a heterogeneous audience, ensuring alignment with industry needs and academy standards. **Expectations** * Lead engaging, interactive sessions (in‑person and remote). * Develop curriculum that meets corporate and professional learner goals. * Maintain active participation and measurable learning outcomes. * Collaborate with mentorship and curriculum teams to refine content. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Facilitate live and remote training for AIS modules (5–9 months). 2. Design and update course content, lab exercises, and assessment tools. 3. Conduct infrastructure security assessments and “type 3” cyber‑security activities. 4. Evaluate learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and report results. 5. Cohort management: coordinate with mentors, schedule labs, and troubleshoot technical issues. 6. Stay current on security tools, industry trends, and emerging threats. **Required Skills** * Instructional facilitation and adult learning techniques. * Course design and instructional material creation. * Proficiency with Metasploit, Python, Linux, and network security protocols. * Security assessment and vulnerability analysis. * Strong verbal and written communication in English (French an asset). * Ability to work independently (2 days remote) and in a team. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (equivalent experience accepted). * Relevant security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or analogous credentials. * Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity training or curriculum development.
