**Job Title:** Senior Account Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead strategy, partnership, and growth for high‑impact digital accounts across NGOs, governmental bodies, fintech, and edtech. Own the end‑to‑end client journey, translating complex challenges into actionable digital roadmaps, securing satisfaction, and driving continuous optimisation with data‑ and AI‑enabled insights.
**Expectations:**
- 2‑3 days per week onsite in London.
- Maintain senior‑level client relationships and deliver tangible growth.
- Lead cross‑disciplinary collaboration (research, UX, design, engineering, marketing).
- Champion AI integration where it adds speed or insight.
- Produce clear documentation and presentations for clients and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Account Management & Development:**
• Own strategy, satisfaction, and commercial outcomes for key accounts.
• Identify partnership expansion opportunities and support proposal development and negotiation.
- **Client Strategy & Partnership:**
• Act as trusted advisor, translating organizational goals into digital roadmaps.
• Conduct strategy workshops, performance reviews, and ensure alignment across deliverables.
- **Strategic Thinking:**
• Structure complex digital challenges, deliver clear vision, and create actionable roadmaps.
• Stay current on UX, AI, and performance marketing trends.
- **Research & Insight:**
• Plan stakeholder workshops and user interviews; synthesize findings into strategy.
• Translate insights into SEO, GEO, PPC, CRM, and paid‑social tactics.
• Employ AI‑assisted tools for rapid insights.
- **Digital Product Strategy & Optimisation:**
• Collaborate with creative, design, and engineering to embed strategy into delivery.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and leverage analytics for optimisation.
• Lead experimentation, CRO, and marketing‑led growth initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving.
- Senior‑level client and stakeholder relationship management.
- Cross‑functional collaboration and clear communication.
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems (websites, platforms, UX, analytics, CRO).
- Proficiency in data‑driven decision making; familiarity with BI/analytics tools.
- AI tools literacy (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms).
- Project management, proposal writing, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in account management or client services within digital agencies, ideally with NGOs, nonprofits, or similar organizations.
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO) and AI or data analytics tools are advantageous.
