Job Description

**Job Title** IT Project Manager Trainee **Role Summary** Assist in planning, executing, and closing IT projects within an application portfolio, applying recognized project management methodologies and supporting testing, go‑live, and post‑deployment run activities. **Expectations** 12–24 month apprenticeship for individuals holding a university or engineering degree (Baccalauréat + 4 or + 5) in Computer Science, IT Engineering, MIAGE or equivalent. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of IT project life cycles and be able to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Define resource requirements, schedule, and solution options for IT projects. - Support implementation of solutions, preparing and delivering progress reports to IT and business stakeholders. - Coordinate and support test campaigns: draft test scenarios, conduct IT tests, track results, and report findings using the organization’s testing tools. - Provide assistance during Go‑Live events and project hand‑over. - Contribute to application run support: address Level 2/3 incidents, maintain support procedures, and manage minor application enhancements. **Required Skills** - Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall/V‑Model, Agile). - Familiarity with IT processes and standards. - Proficiency with at least one project management tool (e.g., JIRA, MS Project). - Strong proposal and proactive mindset. - Excellent organization, analytical, and synthesis abilities. - Effective teamwork, adaptability to diverse stakeholders, and diplomatic communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac + 4 or + 5) in Computer Science, IT Engineering, MIAGE, or related field. No specific certifications required, but knowledge of IT project management practices is essential.
