**Job Title**
HR Assistant (Apprentice)
**Role Summary**
Assist the HR team under the HR Director in all administrative and operational HR functions for a staff of 195. Support recruitment, personnel administration, payroll preparation, training management, time and attendance tracking, temporary staff coordination, benefits distribution, document archiving, and HR development projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
**Expectations**
- Current Master’s student in Human Resources or a related field, or a junior HR professional with internship experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates, employees, and managers.
- Proactive, team‑oriented, patient, pragmatic, and capable of handling conflict and change.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruitment support: sourcing, CV screening, telephone interviews, scheduling interviews.
- Personnel administration: prepare hiring documents, maintain employee records in Kelio (create/update files, badges, etc.), onboard new hires.
- Pre‑payroll assistance and time‑tracking management via Kelio.
- Training program follow‑up: design training cycles, track participation, coordinate tutor support.
- Temporary staff management and coordination.
- Distribution of meal vouchers and participation in HR duty shifts.
- Archive HR documents in the electronic document management system (GED).
- Contribute to HR development initiatives, notably the GEPP project.
- Enforce quality, HSE, internal regulations, and ISO 22716 (BPF) & ISO 14001 (environment) standards.
**Required Skills**
- Recruitment support, CV screening, telephone interviewing, interview scheduling.
- HRIS proficiency (Kelio) and pre‑payroll processes.
- Training coordination, time‑tracking, temporary staff management.
- Benefits administration and HR duty coordination.
- Document archiving and electronic records management.
- Knowledge of quality, HSE, internal policies, and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication, active listening, proposal skills, teamwork, conflict resolution, and pragmatic problem‑solving.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of higher education (equivalent to a Master’s).
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or MBA).
- Relevant HR internship experience.
