Job Description
**Job Title:** Junior Marketing Manager **Role Summary:** Execute and own the delivery of the company’s marketing strategy, creating product marketing content, managing campaigns, events, and communication channels across digital and offline media. Work independently and meet deadlines while collaborating with global stakeholders and external vendors. **Expectations:** - Implement marketing initiatives within schedule and budget. - Produce consistent, brand‑aligned collateral and communications. - Coordinate up to five global industry events annually. - Travel internationally (~5 trips/year). - Maintain and report on marketing performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Align with senior stakeholders to execute the marketing plan. - Manage external vendors and marketing software (HubSpot, SurveyMonkey). - Develop and maintain product marketing and sales collateral with product managers. - Oversee external communications (website, social media, press releases) and internal communications (intranet). - Plan, execute, and own marketing campaigns linked to sales and product goals. - Organize and manage global industry events, including booth design, procurement, branding, and on‑site execution. - Monitor budget utilization and ensure cost‑effective activity delivery. - Measure, analyze, and report effectiveness of all marketing communications. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years proven marketing experience, preferably in technology or telecommunications. - Strong product marketing and content design abilities. - Excellent collaboration, negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, content design tools, and marketing platforms (HubSpot, SurveyMonkey). - Demonstrated event management experience for large‑scale events. - Ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and business acumen. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) qualification or comparable marketing certification.
