**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Client Consulting & Recommendations**
- Conduct needs analyses, develop strategic road‑maps, and present high‑value solutions.
- Maintain rigorous quality standards in client communications and deliverables.
2. **Commercial Development**
- Initiate contact, identify opportunities, craft proposals, and secure new business.
- Drive retention through value‑added follow‑up and relationship management.
3. **E‑Marketing Innovation**
- Monitor industry trends, digital tools, and AI applications to enhance recommendations.
- Infuse innovative concepts into agency offerings and client strategies.
4. **Team Leadership**
- Coach a Marketing Associate, coordinating day‑to‑day execution of projects.
- Oversee resource allocation, timelines, and deliverable quality.
**Required Skills**
- Digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, paid media, content, social, email).
- B2B client relationship management and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Project and resource management with strong prioritisation.
- Commercial negotiation and proposal development.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4), ad platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of AI and emerging digital trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, team leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound, Facebook Blueprint, or equivalent) preferred.
