Job Description

Job title: Private Equity Analyst – Internship Role Summary: Assist the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity deals focused on social impact, including market research, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio monitoring. Expactations: 6‑month internship starting July 2026, full‑time in Paris. Key Responsibilities: - Source investment opportunities in collaboration with investment directors. - Conduct preliminary analyses: market studies, company valuation, financial modeling, and strategic assessment. - Participate in meetings with target company founders. - Support deal execution: financial structuring, negotiation with third parties (management, advisors, counsel). - Monitor portfolio companies and produce quarterly reporting, including data collection, analysis, and valuation updates. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and synthesis abilities. - Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Autonomous work ethic and effective teamwork. - Interest in impact and sustainable investment. Required Education & Certifications: - Graduate (or final year) of a Grande École, university, or equivalent business/finance program. - Fluent in English; additional language proficiency a plus.
