Job Description

**Job Title** Cloud/DevOps Platform Engineer (Azure/Terraform) **Role Summary** Design, implement, and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform. Automate application provisioning, resource lifecycle management, and self‑service developer platforms. Support cloud adoption, observability, and FinOps practices to improve delivery efficiency and cost control. **Expactations** - Deliver scalable, secure, and highly available Azure solutions. - Create and manage IaC pipelines for rapid deployment. - Mentor and coach team members on platform usage and best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine service offerings and drive continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Automate provisioning, management, and decommissioning of application resources in Azure. - Develop and maintain Terraform modules and IaC pipelines. - Implement cloud adoption frameworks and FinOps processes (Inform, Optimise, Operate). - Provide performance insight through observability tools. - Build and nurture relationships with users to enhance service quality. - Contribute to project execution and organization‑wide initiatives. **Required Skills** - Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, governance). - Proficient in Terraform, including module development and version control. - Knowledge of Azure Cloud Adoption Framework. - Familiarity with automation and observability toolsets (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights). - Experience creating and maintaining developer self‑service platforms. - Exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus. - Understanding of FinOps patterns and practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Azure certifications (e.g., AZ‑104, AZ‑303/304, AZ‑400) and Terraform certification (e.g., HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate) are desirable.
