Job Title: Global Category Manager – Specialty Paper Role Summary: Strategic leader responsible for global sourcing of specialty paper categories, driving cost optimization, supply risk mitigation, and supplier performance. Develop and execute category strategies to support business priorities, with a focus on international markets. Expactations: 7+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement; proven expertise in global specialty paper sourcing; track record in cost savings/value creation; ability to influence senior stakeholders. Requires strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Advanced degree preferred (MBA advantageous).
