Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Copywriting, Campaigns, Search, Social Media, Content, Lead Generation
Role Summary:
Dynamic, entrepreneurial marketing professional to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for a premium online investment platform. Roles span content creation, direct response, paid and organic search, social media, and lead generation across digital channels.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable marketing outcomes that support significant growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (product, compliance, sales) in an in‑office environment.
- Adapt strategies to a regulated financial services context, maintaining brand integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling copy, newsletters, and collateral for inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Allocate and optimise PPC budgets, conduct keyword research, and monitor SEO performance.
- Manage social media accounts, craft engaging posts, and analyze reach‑impact metrics.
- Edit and proof digital content, ensuring tone, style, and regulatory alignment.
- Design and execute lead‑gen programs (landing pages, gated assets, nurture flows).
- Track campaign KPIs, prepare dashboards, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
- Participate in A/B testing, creative experimentation, and performance reviews.
Required Skills:
- Strong written communication and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and community management.
- Analytical skills: data interpretation, reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Project management: prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Knowledge of financial services marketing regulations (optional but preferred).
- Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Professional certifications in PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) or SEO (HubSpot, SEMrush) are advantageous.
