Job title: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Own and scale brand presence for two fashion labels across key digital channels. Develop and execute social media strategy, manage content calendars, lead influencer ecosystem, track performance, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive brand awareness and revenue.
Expectations: Deliver measurable growth in engagement, followers, and conversion attribution; build a tiered influencer network; maintain brand consistency across platforms; report KPIs and ROI to leadership; manage multiple concurrent campaigns for two brands under high autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and own comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
• Define brand voice and visual guidelines per platform and ensure consistency.
• Track, analyze, and report on social KPIs: engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and conversion attribution.
• Build a tiered influencer ecosystem (top‑tier KOLs, mid‑tier, KOC seeding).
• Identify, vet, negotiate, and manage influencer relationships across all major platforms.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end influencer campaigns: brief, product seeding, content review, performance tracking, ROI analysis.
• Develop scalable processes for outreach, contract management, and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‑quality, on‑brand social content.
• Grow brand communities, manage UGC programs, and turn customers into advocates.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, trending formats, and cultural shifts.
• Partner with e‑commerce, product, and brand teams to align efforts with business objectives.
• Support traffic acquisition via social‑driven campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools and automation for content generation, analytics, and influencer discovery.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of social media/influencer marketing experience, 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record building scalable influencer programs with measurable business impact.
• Deep expertise in at least two of: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest.
• Strong project management; ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously for two brands.
• Bilingual fluency in English; Mandarin a strong plus.
• Data‑driven mindset with analytics tool experience (CreatorIQ, Traackr, platform native analytics).
• Excellent taste and brand sensibility for fashion, intimate apparel, mass‑market, and premium positioning.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Digital Marketing Professional, Social Media Marketing Certification) are a plus.
