Job Description: **Job Title:** Software Quality Engineer (F/M) **Role Summary:** Support end‑to‑end software quality assurance by defining validation processes, designing and automating functional and technical test scenarios, analyzing defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver reliable software. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality releases within established schedules. - Drive continuous improvement of testing tools and methodologies. - Maintain clear, up‑to‑date quality documentation. - Communicate findings and recommendations effectively across teams. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Define and implement software validation and quality assurance processes. 2. Design, automate, and execute functional and technical test scenarios. 3. Analyze non‑conformities, propose corrective actions, and track defect resolution. 4. Collaborate with development teams to guarantee deliverable quality. 5. Document quality activities, test plans, and results. 6. Contribute to ongoing improvement of testing tools, methods, and workflows. **Required Skills:** - Proficient with software testing methodologies and tools (automated, functional, and technical). - Strong knowledge of programming languages and software development tooling. - Experience with continuous integration pipelines and defect management systems. - Logical, methodical approach to problem solving. - Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player. - Proactive, curious, with a tendency to propose innovative solutions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality engineering.
