Drive customer acquisition through outbound prospecting, qualify needs, deliver product demonstrations, negotiate agreements, close deals, and maintain/up‑sell an assigned portfolio. Complete the full sales cycle from prospecting to retention while receiving structured sales training. Expactations: * Demonstrate curiosity, determination, and an eagerness to learn. * Work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. * Commit to the apprenticeship schedule and hybrid in‑office model. * Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs. Key Responsibilities: * Execute outbound teleprospecting to generate qualified leads. * Conduct needs assessments and prepare tailored solution demonstrations. * Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and secure contract signatures. * Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. * Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, pipeline, and win/loss data. Required Skills: * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to conduct effective needs qualification and solution selling. * Negotiation and closing expertise. * Basic technical understanding of cloud and AI platforms (beneficial). * Self‑motivation, resilience, and time‑management capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: * Current enrollment in a BTS, Licence, or Master’s program in Commerce, Business, or related field. * Alternatively, technical background (e.g., Network Administrator) with proven interest in sales. * No mandatory certifications required; interest in Microsoft technology is a plus.
