**Job Title:** Sales Executive **Role Summary:** Progressively develop skills to transition toward autonomous sales leadership across digital and on-site event solutions. **Expectations:** Achieve senior-level autonomy in client sales, solutions mastery, and project management within the role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Commercialize digital and on-site event technology solutions (registration, ticketing, accreditation, access control). - Analyze client needs through specifications, meetings, and events to deliver tailored, value-added solutions. - Develop sales strategies for existing and prospective clients, including proposal drafting and negotiation. - Administer sales processes via CRM systems and manage client records, ensuring accurate internal communication. - Support event projects by testing deployed platforms, observing field operations, and participating in post-event evaluations. - Conduct market research on internal product developments and competitors’ offerings. **Required Skills:** - Strong sales drive and client relationship-building capabilities. - Digital marketing/events affinity. - Excellent verbal/written communication and proposal writing. - Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software proficiency (preferably Karlia). - English fluency for international client interactions. - Detail-oriented organization with multitasking abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of a 2-year college-level sales/business program. - N/A.
