Job Title: Digital Communications & Marketing Intern
Role Summary:
A 2‑month unpaid internship focused on accelerating the digital presence and community engagement for a nightlife‑centric digital platform. The role combines social‑media management, content creation, editorial planning, email marketing, trend research, and partnership outreach, ensuring cohesive communication across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Expectations:
- Deliver weekly social‑media content (posts, stories, reels) that aligns with brand voice.
- Maintain an editorial calendar to boost user engagement and platform visibility.
- Produce newsletters and targeted email campaigns to promote platform features and events.
- Conduct digital trend monitoring and propose actionable insights to optimize communication strategy.
- Support marketing campaigns, copywriting, and documentation of promotional materials.
- Update and enrich club profiles on the platform to improve discoverability.
- Participate in partnership development with clubs, DJs, collectives, and event organisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts: scheduling, publishing, and community interaction.
- Create engaging visual and written content using basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar; coordinate with product and sales teams.
- Draft, design, and send newsletters and email blasts to segmented audiences.
- Track digital metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate on marketing collateral (brochures, pitch decks, partnership proposals).
- Populate and update club listings: descriptive copy, media upload, feature highlights.
- Attend ad hoc project meetings and contribute to campaign logic, KPI setting, and execution.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn content strategy and community management.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities suitable for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Analytical mindset: ability to track metrics, conduct trend analysis, and recommend data‑driven adjustments.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
- Passion for nightlife and club culture is an advantage.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Communication, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field (BTS, BUT, college‑degree, or equivalent).
- Equivalent experience or coursework in social media marketing and digital communication acceptable.
