Job Description
Job Title: Head of International Markets Role Summary: Senior executive responsible for full commercial and operational leadership of Mindspace’s international markets across Europe (Netherlands, Poland, Romania, UK). Owns multi-country P&L, drives profitable growth, ensures operational excellence, and delivers premium member experience. Expactations: - Full P&L ownership with focus on revenue growth and EBITDA. - Lead sales pipeline and pricing strategy, supporting complex deals and new location launches. - Build and mentor local leadership teams, maintaining high-performance culture. - Align regional execution with global strategy and best practices. - Serve as strategic bridge to import and adapt London coworking expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage multi-country P&L, forecasting, and financial discipline. - Contribute to company‑wide strategy as member of Executive Leadership Team. - Direct sales performance, pipeline discipline, and pricing across markets. - Set strategy and standards for Community and Account Management; ensure member retention and portfolio growth. - Maintain consistent premium hospitality standards across all locations. - Define and execute regional expansion strategy in collaboration with Real Estate, Design, and Operations. - Build, mentor, and scale strong local leadership teams. - Align local initiatives with global strategy and best practices. - Adapt London coworking trends and models to other markets. Required Skills: - 10+ years senior leadership in flexible workspace, serviced office, or multi‑site hospitality. - Proven full P&L ownership and profitable growth in mature, competitive markets. - Strong commercial sales leadership in service environments. - Experience managing multi‑location teams across countries. - High-level financial forecasting and performance management. - Executive presence, strategic thinking, and influencing ability. - Deep understanding of London flexible workspace market (advantage). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). - No mandatory industry certifications required.
