**Job Title:** Marketing Executive **Role Summary:** Drive the company’s market positioning and brand awareness by planning, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns. Create compelling content for professional services audiences, manage digital channels, and leverage data to optimize ROI. Act as a proactive partner across the business, contributing ideas to evolve the marketing function. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a digital or content‑focused environment. - Self‑starter with strong initiative, able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting. - Ability to build cross‑functional relationships and deliver measurable results. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and deliver high‑quality marketing assets (blogs, downloads, presentations, newsletters, meeting materials). - Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, including concept, launch, measurement, and reporting using HubSpot, SEO tools, and analytics. - Design graphics for social media posts (e.g., Canva) and maintain website and social channels. - Monitor competitor digital activity, extract insights, and propose fresh ideas. - Create, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns; continuously improve engagement and ROI. - Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM for marketing and sales functions. - Support planning and promotion of virtual and in‑person events and training sessions. - Assist in preparation of proposals and client presentations. - Contribute to overall marketing strategy development with innovative suggestions. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication; proven ability to craft compelling professional‑services content. - Proficiency in content marketing, SEO, and digital analytics; comfortable interpreting data to drive decisions. - Experience with HubSpot (marketing & CRM) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva). - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and build relationships internally. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, Google Analytics) are advantageous but not mandatory.
