**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:** Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Experience Clouds, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows to enhance business processes and user experience.
**Expactations:**
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce features from concept to production.
- Deliver clean, maintainable code and stay current with Salesforce releases.
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and external partners to translate requirements into technical designs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and test scalable solutions using Apex (triggers, classes, batch, async), Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Configure and customize Salesforce via Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, validation rules, and Record Pages.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and reusable UI components.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, UAT, and post‑deployment stabilization.
- Apply DevOps best practices: version control (Git), CI/CD, automated testing, and reliable release management.
- Champion adoption of new Salesforce features and AI tooling (e.g., Agentforce) to improve automation and user experience.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience.
- Strong Apex proficiency (triggers, classes, async).
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record‑Triggered, Orchestration).
- Experience across Sales, Marketing and Experience Clouds.
- Proven integration design and delivery using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governor limits.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM‑201).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I.
**Preferred:**
- Salesforce Platform Developer II.
- Agentforce certification.
