**Job title:** Salesforce Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot platform issues, build custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and document configurations to enhance business efficiency. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, scalable Salesforce applications within defined timelines. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Maintain ongoing knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform updates. - Manage deployments and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and resolve issues on the Salesforce platform. - Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura & LWC). - Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and perform code reviews. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and third‑party connectors. - Configure workflows, Process Builder, validation rules, and custom objects. - Plan and execute production deployments and release management activities. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and best‑practice guides. - Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. - Proficient in Salesforce configuration (workflows, Process Builder, validation rules, custom objects). - Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative team player. - Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑focused mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred). - Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
