Job Description
**Job Title:** Analyst – Investment Banking **Role Summary:** Entry‑level analyst supporting M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Performs financial modeling, industry research, due diligence, and prepares presentation materials in collaboration with senior bankers. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate financial analyses and deliverables on schedule. - Participate in all transaction phases: modeling, valuation, diligence, and presentation. - Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and strong teamwork. - Demonstrate a proactive, detail‑oriented work ethic and ability to learn quickly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and update DCF, LBO, and comparable company models. - Conduct valuation analysis and industry/market research. - Perform due‑diligence assessments and produce summaries. - Draft pitch books, investment decks, and client presentations (PowerPoint). - Assist senior bankers with deal execution, client coordination, and internal research. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, scenario analysis). - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation creation. - Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; proficiency in interpreting financial statements. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. - Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred. - No mandatory certifications; CFA Level I knowledge is a plus.
