Director, Growth Marketing
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end growth function for a global, omni‑channel e‑commerce brand. Own paid media strategy, affiliate program management, and owned media optimization to reduce CAC, boost ROAS, and increase customer LTV through data‑driven experimentation and cross‑functional collaboration.
**Expectations**
* Deliver measurable growth across multiple markets and platforms.
* Operate as a high‑impact executor, simultaneously managing ad platforms, analytical dashboards, and full‑funnel strategies.
* Demonstrate rapid decision‑making, creativity, and the ability to translate insights into scalable actions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and partner affiliate networks.
* Manage media budgets, pacing, and efficiency to meet CAC, ROAS, and retention targets.
* Conduct creative and audience testing across funnel stages; scale high‑performing tactics.
* Lead the affiliate program: recruit partners, negotiate commission structures, and drive conversion revenue.
* Optimize owned media (email, SMS, app push) in collaboration with creative and lifecycle teams to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
* Build and maintain real‑time dashboards for spend, CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV; surface actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Develop and enforce reporting frameworks, A/B testing protocols, and creative tagging systems to institutionalize growth processes.
* Partner with Creative, Analytics, Finance, Retention & CX, and Product & Merchandising to align campaigns with product launches, inventory, and customer experience initiatives.
**Required Skills**
* 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, preferably in DTC e‑commerce.
* Expert command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate platforms such as Impact or ShareASale.
* Deep understanding of full‑funnel strategy, attribution modeling, and lifecycle optimization.
* Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools: GA4, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, Northbeam, Looker, or equivalent.
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capabilities for data manipulation and analysis.
* Strong analytical rigor, curiosity, and the ability to turn data into concise recommendations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at presenting insights to executive stakeholders.
* Proven ability to execute quickly, iterate on performance, and collaborate cross‑functionally.
* Adaptability to hybrid or remote work environments with distributed teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* No mandatory certifications required, though knowledge of paid media platforms or data analytics tools is preferred.
