Tony’s tacos are a baby company born in 2019 in Floral Park, Long Island New York. The owner and founder had a vision, which was mixing Italian cuisine with Mexican taqueria. It is the only Italian Taqueria in the US! A crazy idea, which has led him to success. The company has been growing at a very fast pace, with five locations already open and more coming.

Serves as the primary brand ambassador, collaborates cross‑functionally, and ensures marketing initiatives deliver measurable ROI. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable growth in brand equity and sales through data‑driven campaigns. - Optimize marketing spend and demonstrate clear ROI on all projects. - Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the marketing team and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and oversee multi‑channel marketing plans aligned with business objectives. - Analyze and report on performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROI, conversion rates) to guide optimization. - Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources, and track expenditures versus results. - Coordinate with internal departments and external partners/agency to ensure cohesive messaging. - Lead brand positioning, content creation, and communications across digital and traditional platforms. - Supervise paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, ensuring target audience reach and cost efficiency. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities. - Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Expertise in performance marketing, including Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a senior or director role. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint) are advantageous but not mandatory.
