Job Description: **Job Title** B2B Automotive Commercial Sales Executive (F/H) **Role Summary** Drive B2B sales growth for a multi‑brand automotive dealership. Build and manage a portfolio of SME and TPE clients, deliver consultative solutions, and close deals to meet volume, margin, and customer satisfaction targets. **Expectations** - Achieve defined sales volume and margin goals. - Maintain a high‑quality pipeline and meet quarterly and annual targets. - Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and close deals efficiently. - Provide excellent post‑sale support and ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect new SMEs and TPEs through targeted outreach. - Analyse market trends and identify potential clients. - Evaluate client needs and uncover commercial opportunities. - Prepare and submit responses to tenders and RFPs. - Conduct high‑level negotiations and close sales agreements. - Develop and expand the client portfolio within the assigned sector. - Manage commercial and administrative follow‑up for all prospects and clients. - Coordinate vehicle delivery logistics and ensure timely fulfillment. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B automotive sales experience. - Strong prospecting, argumentation, and negotiation skills. - Advanced CRM usage (pipeline tracking, reporting, and activity management). - Active listening and consultative selling techniques. - Results‑driven mindset with persistence and adaptability. - Excellent teamwork and collaboration with internal departments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Studies (preferred). - Any relevant sales or automotive certifications is an advantage.
