**Job title**: Product Manager, Retail & E-commerce
**Role Summary**: Owns strategy, roadmap, and execution of a core e‑commerce platform and omnichannel retail experience, linking digital customer journeys to physical store operations. Drives conversion, CLV, and operational efficiency across all touchpoints.
**Expectations**:
- Deliver measurable improvements in conversion, AOV, and cart abandonment.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to launch data‑driven features.
- Maintain a strong product vision aligned with revenue and brand goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define product vision and strategy for website, mobile, and in‑store technology.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer data synthesis to prioritize high‑impact opportunities.
- Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post‑launch optimization using Agile.
- Oversee the digital shopping funnel; optimize search, navigation, PDPs, cart, and checkout.
- Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation roadmap.
- Manage integrations with payment gateways, inventory and order management systems.
- Lead the development of omnichannel features (BOPIS, Ship from Store, unified customer profiles).
- Coordinate product launches and promotions across digital and physical channels.
- Drive AI/ML initiatives for personalization, dynamic pricing, NLP search, and predictive analytics.
- Serve as liaison among Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Analytics, and Retail Operations.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Prioritize and manage product backlog based on business value and feasibility.
**Required Skills**:
- 10+ years in Product Management, 3+ years leading e‑commerce or digital retail products.
- Proven success launching features that increased revenue or conversion rates.
- Deep knowledge of e‑commerce tech stack and key KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate, return rate).
- Experience with AI/ML product launches (personalization, recommendation engines).
- Agile proficiency (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, Asana, Productboard).
- Strong analytical ability; proficient with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
- Preferred: experience with Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
