**Job Title** Software Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality, scalable software solutions. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver efficient, user‑centric features following Agile practices. **Expectations** - Deliver reliable, maintainable code within agreed timelines. - Contribute to architecture and design decisions. - Uphold coding standards, perform code reviews, and drive continuous improvement of performance and user experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, code, test, and debug software components. - Participate in architecture discussions and system design. - Write clean, maintainable, efficient code adhering to standards. - Define, design, and ship new features in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. - Document functionality and maintain technical documentation. **Required Skills** - Proficient in one or more: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control (Git). - Experience with RESTful APIs, relational/non‑relational databases. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and effective communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - No mandatory certifications required, though knowledge of relevant industry standards is valuable.
