**Job Title**
Consultant EPM – OneStream (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate the implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions with a focus on OneStream, driving governance, consolidation, and reporting projects for finance and controlling functions. Provide both functional (AMOA) and technical (AMOE) oversight, mentor team members, and deliver internal training to ensure adoption and best practice.
**Expectations**
- Participate in end‑to‑end project delivery: business requirements, solution design, development, testing, training, and go‑live support.
- Manage multiple project phases, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure high‑quality deliverables within scope, time, and budget.
- Operate in a fast‑changing technology landscape, staying current with emerging EPM platforms and tools.
- Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and client‑facing skills, with fluency in English at an operational level.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Project Leadership** – Lead EPM projects from scoping through rollout, coordinating AMOA and AMOE activities.
2. **Solution Design & Implementation** – Translate business needs into OneStream architecture, configure consolidations, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting modules.
3. **Finance Process Alignment** – Map financial controls, consolidation rules, and statutory requirements into the EPM platform.
4. **Team Coaching & Training** – Mentor junior consultants, conduct internal workshops, and build knowledge base across projects.
5. **Technical Support & Enhancements** – Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement of the OneStream environment.
6. **Technology Scanning** – Evaluate new EPM tools (e.g., SAP BFC, SAP BPC, HFM, IBM Planning Analytics, Anaplan), provide recommendations for adoption or integration.
7. **Client Interaction** – Serve as a trusted advisor to finance leaders, ensuring solutions meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.
**Required Skills**
- **EPM Platforms** – Deep hands‑on experience with OneStream; familiarity with SAP BFC, SAP FC, BO Finance/Group Reporting, BOARD, SAP BPC, TAGETIK, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics, HFM, Hyperion.
- **Project Management** – Proven ability to manage full‑cycle EPM implementation projects, balancing functional and technical requirements.
- **Financial Knowledge** – Strong understanding of financial consolidation, statutory reporting, FP&A, cost accounting, and control frameworks.
- **Technical Acumen** – Comfortable with data modeling, SQL, scripting, and system integration within EPM ecosystems.
- **Soft Skills** – Team orientation, effective communication, client focus, proactive problem‑solving, and autonomy.
- **Language** – Operational proficiency in English (verbal and written).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field from a university or Grande École.
- Preferred: Professional certifications in finance or EPM (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, OneStream certification, CPA, CFA) – not mandatory but highly valued.
