Job Description: Job title: OKTA CIC/Auth0 Technical Implementation Consultant Role Summary: Execute end‑to‑end deployment of Okta CIC and Auth0 solutions for enterprise clients. Lead design, configuration, integration, and custom development; ensure best practices and compliance with identity standards across complex IAM projects. Expectations: * Deliver full lifecycle consulting on Okta CIC/Auth0 implementations. * Lead workshops, architectural discussions, and provide tailored recommendations. * Manage delivery teams and coordinate cross‑functional execution. * Ensure high‑quality delivery within contract scope and timeline. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement secure identity solutions using Okta CIC and Auth0. 2. Configure tenant settings, rules/hooks, and deployment pipelines. 3. Deploy authentication, authorization, and user‑management features. 4. Integrate third‑party applications, APIs, and custom services using Okta Workflows, Auth0 Actions, and SDKs. 5. Set up MFA, SSO, social logins, and apply identity standards (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML). 6. Conduct workshops, presentations, and technical discussions with clients. 7. Advise on application security, API management, and CI/CD practices. 8. Oversee end‑to‑end deployments and troubleshoot production issues. Required Skills: * 7+ years in Identity and Access Management. * 2+ years practical experience with Auth0/Okta CIC (tenant setup, rules/hooks, pipelines). * Proficiency in Node.js & JavaScript; integrating SDKs with SPAs/natives. * Deep knowledge of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, MFA, SSO, and social login integration. * Experience with Auth0 extensibility patterns, Okta Workflows, Auth0 Actions. * Strong grasp of application security, API governance, and CI/CD workflows. * Ability to lead delivery teams and conduct client workshops. Required Education & Certifications: * Okta CIC Developer OR Okta Certified Consultant OR Auth0 Certified, with recent end‑to‑end deployment experience.
