**Job title:** Chief Technology Officer F/H
**Role Summary:**
Strategic technology leader responsible for defining, managing, and evolving the group’s technology roadmap, driving innovation, ensuring security and compliance, and building a high‑performance R&D and publishing organization.
**Expectations:**
Align technology strategy with business goals, deliver measurable performance improvements, showcase leadership in emerging tech, and maintain full compliance with international standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and own the technology roadmap, set priorities, track KPIs, and report to the executive board.
- Drive innovation by scouting AI, cloud, DevOps, automation, and other emerging trends and integrating them into product and process pipelines.
- Design and structure the publishing services organization: role mapping, governance rituals, collaborative tools, and quality automation.
- Build, mentor, and inspire cross‑functional R&D and publishing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, data protection, and regulatory compliance (Zero Trust, IAM, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Oversee continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD), containerization, and infrastructure-as-code across AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Develop and maintain resilience, scalability, and performance of microservice architectures and API‑first strategies.
- Lead data and AI initiatives: ETL pipelines, data lakes, BI, MLOps, generative AI, and blockchain exploration.
**Required Skills:**
- Architecture: Microservices, API‑first, Python, Java (Spring, Angular).
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC.
- Security & Compliance: Zero Trust, IAM, GDPR, ISO 27001.
- Data & AI: ETL, data lakes, MLOps, BI, generative AI, blockchain, edge computing.
- Agile & Change Management: Leadership, stakeholder communication, project management, continuous improvement.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, Kubernetes Administrator, or equivalent security (CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).
