Job Description
**Job title** Welding Quality Engineer – IWE (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Responsible for managing and supervising all welding quality processes on EPC/new‑construction projects. Ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, develops and controls technical documentation, conducts audits, and supports fabrication and onsite welding activities. Functions as the primary technical reference on welding for internal teams and clients. **Expectations** - Minimum of an IWE (Industrial Welding Engineer) or equivalent mechanical/pipe engineering degree. - Significant experience in welding quality control and regulatory implementation. - Strong expertise in welding codes, standards (ISO, ASME, API, etc.), and contractual QS requirements. - Ability to lead audits, define inspection plans, and initiate corrective actions. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - COFREND Level 2 certification is a plus. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
