Hybrid schedule: average 2 days per week onsite.
**Expectations**
- Work 2 days onsite per week, remaining days remote.
- Deliver clean, testable code and documentation aligned with cloud‑native best practices.
- Participate in weekly stand‑ups, sprint planning, and cross‑team reviews.
- Communicate findings and model performance to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and validate machine learning algorithms on large‑scale data sets.
- Convert domain expert problem statements into formal ML tasks for network diagnostics and improvement.
- Guide deployment of ML models into production, monitoring their performance post‑release.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans covering performance, scalability, usability, and security.
- Deploy cloud‑based systems via CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Debug, troubleshoot, and refactor code for integration into broader application architecture.
