Infrastructure Project Manager
Role Summary
Lead and coordinate large‑scale infrastructure transformation initiatives, including hybrid cloud migrations (Microsoft Azure & AWS), data center relocations, and resilience enhancements. Drive project delivery from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and high‑quality technical documentation within an international, English‑speaking environment.

* Manage simultaneous, high‑impact infrastructure projects in a global, multi‑disciplinary setting.
* Deliver on time, within scope, and with documented risk and issue resolution.
* Maintain close technical involvement while overseeing project governance, budgets, and schedules.
* Communicate progress and technical concepts clearly to diverse teams including Cloud, Network, System, Security, and Operations.
* Demonstrate proven leadership, decision‑making, and stakeholder management in complex technical landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource plans.
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Cloud architects, network engineers, system admins, security specialists).
* Drive risk management, dependency tracking, change control, and issue resolution.
* Oversee design and execution of hybrid cloud architectures (Azure/AWS + on‑premises).
* Support technical troubleshooting of complex infrastructure problems.
* Lead data‑center migration planning and execution, including cut‑over and validation.
* Produce detailed project documentation (charters, status reports, technical guides, migration playbooks).
* Ensure adherence to IT best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
* Minimum 10 years of experience managing end‑to‑end infrastructure projects.
* Deep technical expertise in Windows Server, Linux, LAN/WAN networking, switching, and security.
* Proficiency with VMware vSphere virtualization and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
* Strong grasp of data‑center migration, cloud “move to cloud” strategies, and modernisation initiatives.
* Excellent project management skills: scheduling, budgeting, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder communication.
* Natural leadership with decisive communication, facilitation, and team coordination.
* Self‑directed, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of challenging technical assumptions.
* Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
* Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, PgMP) preferred.
* Cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect) desirable.
* Certifications in virtualization (VCP‑vSphere), networking (CCNA/CCNP), or security (CISSP) valued.
