**Job Title**
Lead Tech Front-End (Angular) F/H
**Role Summary**
Lead and mentor a front‑end team to deliver high‑quality, scalable Angular applications. Own the technical vision, architecture, and UX transformation while ensuring performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
**Expectations**
- Articulate and enforce a clear front‑end technical vision across the team.
- Balance product velocity with sustainable code quality and long‑term technical debt management.
- Communicate with product, UX, and backend stakeholders to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Operate in an international environment with technical English fluency.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design and maintain the front‑end architecture (Angular, TypeScript, state management, design system).
2. Build and refine CI/CD pipelines, observability, and quality metrics.
3. Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing practices.
4. Mentor developers, provide constructive feedback, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Collaborate closely with UX/UI and product teams to translate user flows into robust, scalable interfaces.
6. Anticipate backend and distributed system impacts, manage feature flags, and address performance and accessibility concerns.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years of front‑end development experience, including a senior or lead role on a modern framework (Angular 7+ preferred).
- Deep expertise in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (including CSS architecture, performance, and accessibility).
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or equivalent).
- Strong grasp of module design, state management, design systems, and front‑end security.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and large‑scale, multi‑tier or real‑time application environments.
- Excellent mentoring ability and constructive feedback skills.
- Detail‑oriented product and UX mindset; ability to iterate quickly without compromising quality.
- Operational technical English (documentation, technical discussions).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Angular, front‑end architecture, or cloud DevOps are advantageous but not mandatory.
