**Job title** Systems Engineer – Embedded Systems / Power Electronics **Role Summary** Lead the IVVQ (Verification, Validation, and Qualification) strategy for complex embedded power‑electronics systems, ensuring compliance with industry safety and reliability standards. **Expectations** * 10–15 years of IVVQ experience in system or test bench validation. * Senior engineer with proven leadership in test strategy development. * Strong analytical and documentation skills. * Proficiency in English (technical). **Key Responsibilities** - Define test strategies and associated resource plans for embedded power‑electronics systems. - Draft comprehensive test and environmental qualification procedures (EMC, thermal, vibration, impact). - Execute prototype testing, analyze results, and drive corrective actions. - Design and maintain test tooling, driving continuous improvement of IVVQ methods. - Ensure compliance with automotive, avionics, space, and defense environmental constraints. - Collaborate cross‑functionally on system architecture and test bench integration. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of analog/digital electronics and power‑electronics. - Expertise in test methodology, environmental qualification, and data analysis. - Experience with DOORS, Polarion, DSpace, TestStand, Trace32, CANalyzer. - Familiarity with DO-178, ISO 26262, and AUTOSAR. - Strong technical writing and procedure documentation. - Team orientation, rigor, and problem‑solving ability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s +5 (equivalent) degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Power Electronics. - Valid certifications in IVVQ or relevant safety standards are advantageous.

Job Title: Hydrogen System Engineer (F/M) Role Summary: Design, specification, and qualification of decarbonized hydrogen production units and fuel cell systems, supporting investment and innovation projects across the hydrogen value chain. Expectations: Deliver system specifications; conduct system design studies; support component and system qualification testing; produce technical documentation; contribute to development strategy; capture and share lessons learned. Key Responsibilities: - Define and document hydrogen system specifications. - Develop detailed system design studies and engineering calculations. - Participate in orientation and qualification tests of components and integrated systems. - Author technical reports, design dossiers, and operational documentation. - Advise on and help shape the company’s hydrogen development strategy. - Capture project knowledge and contribute to organizational learning (REX).
