Job Description
**Job Title:** Airport Team Leader **Role Summary:** Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver VIP-level airport and transfer experiences, ensuring operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve disruptions, manage performance, and implement improvement strategies. **Expectations:** Demonstrate strong people leadership, resolve complex customer issues, and maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and budget constraints. Provide on-call support for disruptions and emergencies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee team performance via digital systems and MI reports, implementing action plans for improvement. - Manage flight disruptions, emergencies, and customer escalations using in-house systems. - Coordinate monthly rosters with UK planning teams while adhering to SLAs. - Conduct training, 1-1 performance reviews, and team meetings to develop staff capabilities. - Analyze customer feedback and MI data with Destination Manager and partners to enhance CSAT and OTP performance. - Ensure operational flexibility with irregular hours, including early/midnight shifts, weekends, and split shifts. **Required Skills:** - Proven people management experience with customer-facing teams. - Strong analytical skills for MI/data analysis and problem-solving. - Proficiency in digital systems and IT tools for operational tasks. - Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration. - Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and resolve conflicts. - Conversational fluency in the local language (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** Full right to work in Morocco. Valid driver’s license with personal vehicle access. Demonstrated operational experience in airport/holiday operations or similar environments.
