Design and implement data‑governance solutions across technology, policy, and process domains. 2. Develop organizational design, processes, roles & responsibilities, and success metrics. 3. Lead the Data Governance team in creating business cases, road‑maps, and resource plans. 4. Evaluate current state, define requirements, and craft a data‑driven vision for clients. 5. Partner with clients to deliver a holistic data strategy covering technology, culture, governance, processes, skills, and competencies. 6. Facilitate change initiatives related to data governance topics. **Required Skills** - Proven expertise in Data Governance, Strategy, and Data Management. - Leadership, stakeholder management, and communication across all organizational levels. - Hands‑on experience with data‑governance tools (Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Zaloni). - Deep understanding of Master Data Management, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and MDM standards. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance (BCBS 239, GDPR, CCPA, data privacy & security). - Familiarity with frameworks: DMBOK, DMM, CMMI, Mike 2.0. - Change management and facilitation for data initiatives. - Budgeting, resource planning, and project delivery. - Fluency in English and Dutch or French. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Sciences, IT, Computer Science, or Statistics. - 5–8 years of progressive experience in Data Governance, Data Strategy, or Data Management roles. - (Optional) Industry certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or equivalent.
