Job Description
Job title: Learner/Project Administrator Role Summary: Supports department activities by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, data entry, and document handling. Assists in governance, quality compliance, ESG reporting, and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Expectations: • South African citizen, 18‑30 years old, currently unemployed. • Entry‑level student or recent graduate. • 9‑12 month contract. Key Responsibilities - Perform general administration duties and related tasks assigned by departments. - Generate, maintain, and update records, files, and reports per agreed standards. - Enter information into various systems, ensuring data accuracy and database integrity. - File and scan paperwork as required. - Resolve queries and provide follow‑up support. - Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management standards; support quality management system compliance. - Support ESG journey by reporting on and managing ESG requirements. - Promote department values, inspire confidence, and drive cultural engagement. - Act as change management facilitator during transitions to ensure business continuity. - Integrate business units into seamless end‑to‑end solutions for customers. - Communicate new processes and procedures effectively; escalates issues to SMEs. - Facilitate presentations, workshops, and forums to ensure consistent, accurate communication across portfolio.
