Job Title: DevOps Engineer – Corporate Applications
Role Summary
Provide technical support, development, and operational excellence for Microsoft‑based applications and services (Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric, SQL Server BI). Lead continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, maintain cloud and on‑premises integrations, and optimize processes across corporate applications.
Expectations
‑ Deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions within corporate IT standards.
‑ Collaborate cross‑functionally to define, design, and document application specifications.
‑ Respond to incidents with minimal downtime, performing root‑cause analysis and preventive actions.
‑ Continuously improve DevOps practices, tooling, and process maturity.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse and optimize existing processes; define and implement improvements.
• Develop, test, and deploy applications/services on Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric, and SQL Server BI stacks.
• Design, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines for business services.
• Monitor services proactively; investigate and resolve incidents.
• Manage critical data integrations between cloud, on‑premises, and third‑party systems.
• Document technical specifications, code, and operational procedures.
• Review code and configurations with peers to ensure quality and compliance.
Required Skills
• Systems integration: experience with cloud and on‑premises integration patterns.
• Microsoft ecosystem: Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure/SQL Server, SSAS/SSIS/SSRS.
• Power BI and Fabric development and support.
• Process optimization: business analysis, requirement definition, and change implementation.
• Software engineering: design, code, test, and document medium‑to‑high complexity scripts or applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, YAML pipelines).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Required Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering DevOps engineering solutions in an enterprise environment.
